I offer a gentle and whole person approach to deeply explore emotional struggles and challenges you may be experiencing. Through compassion and curiosity, I provide a safe environment to meet you where you are. If you are grieving a death or loss, our therapy can provide a warm space to move along the turbulent waters of grief to find both acceptance and meaning in your suffering. I am here to support and walk alongside you as we explore your symptoms and emotions. I believe in the strength of the therapeutic relationship to create both growth and a deeper connection with yourself and others.
I specialize in grief & loss, social anxiety, life transitions, highly sensitive people, and individuals seeking deeper meaning in life.
I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I earned my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Sonoma State University. As I child, I attended a Waldorf school where I learned the value of creativity, imagination, and time outdoors.
I offer a compassionate and safe space for individuals to explore their inner worlds, feel and heal their grief, and process deep emotions. I aim to bring clients closer to their inner selves and create a loving relationship with all aspects of oneself. Creativity, dream work, and somatic attention can be helpful in healing and making meaning out of life's losses and challenges. Working together in therapy, I hold a gentle and nonjudgmental view while traveling alongside my client's personal healing journey.
I work from a humanistic and depth psychology orientation and believe that healing is within you. Using mindfulness, art, somatic attention, and deep presence, our work will aim to move you closer towards the root of your challenge to bring acceptance, clarity, and solace to your world.
